Our lowest rate guarantee is simple and straightforward. Here's how it works:
- Make a reservation through Brooks and Shorey Resorts, Inc.
- If within 24 hours of booking your reservation, you find a lower, comparable nightly rate at another legitimate company's website, let us know and we will match it! The rates must be published on the website that we can visit and verify. We can not compare verbal conversations, e-mails or fax.
- If a certain company charges additional fees to their basic rates, please be sure to add those to the price before contacting Brooks and Shorey Resorts, Inc. (cleaning fees, booking fees, administrative fees, taxes, etc...).
- Comparable rates are for
- the same check-in and check-out dates
- the same size condo
- the same view
- same building
If you find a comparable lower rate on a company's website, please send the following information to brooksandshorey@aol.com or call 1-888-244-4137 with the following information:
- Name and web address of the other website
- The other website's comparable nightly rate and GRAND TOTAL (all fees and taxes added)
- Name on Reservation and Confirmation Number
